Use it well

AI is powerful, which means it has to be used with care. Four rules:

• Verify everything. AI sounds confident even when it is wrong. Check facts before you trust them, especially names, numbers, and quotes.
• Keep your own voice. Draft with AI, then make it sound like you. Do not disappear into it, your voice is what makes your work yours.
• Learn, do not cheat. Use it to understand and improve. The skill must end up in you, or you have gained nothing.
• Protect privacy. Never paste passwords, or other people's personal data, into public AI tools.

Get these right and AI makes you faster and stronger without making you dependent or dishonest.
