Four power techniques
Level-up moves
Once you have the recipe and refining, these four techniques take you further:
- Give it a persona. "Act as a strict examiner / a friendly mentor / a hiring manager." The persona shapes the whole answer.
- Show an example. "Here is the style I want, now write mine like this." Examples beat descriptions.
- Let it ask YOU. "Ask me questions first, then write it." The AI fills the gaps for you instead of guessing.
- Ask for the thinking. "Explain step by step," so you learn the reasoning, not just copy the answer.
The fourth one matters most for this course: always aim to come away understanding why, so the skill ends up in you.
